Albert Johnson

Albert, our Reconstruction Project Superintendent, is responsible for the day-to-day management of reconstruction projects. With a sparkling smile, Albert delivers high quality service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in performing our reconstruction services.

Jeff Forshee

Jeff is the Reconstruction Operations Manager with SERVPRO and is responsible for a wide range of functions necessary to successfully manage the reconstruction division. He is responsible for setting budgets, managing daily operations, and identifying areas of improvement while ensuring a high quality of services in all dealings with customers.

Cheri H.

Cheri, our Estimator, is responsible for managing a wide variety of functions necessary to successfully obtain, bid, and price reconstruction projects. Cheri has a superb customer service track record, she delivers consistent and well-defined estimates to clients, and properly analyzes labor, material, and time requirements for a project. We're happy to have her top of the line knowledge on our reconstruction team!

Mikkel S.

As a production technician, Mikkel performs various production processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects within the realms of water, fire, and mold damage. He has completed an intense Water Restoration Technician Course through the IICRC and is knowledgeable surrounding the topic of water damage and restoration. 

Brittany S.

As a Job File Coordinator, Brittany spends her time answering customer calls to the office as well as monitoring, tracking, coordinating, and auditing jobs. In addition, she performs general office duties such as crafting correspondence with customers (you!) and filing reports. Britt adds spunk and sass to the office atmosphere and keeps all of our technicians on their toes! 

Benjamin K.

Ben, a Job File Coordinator, performs all office tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities. He has done a wonderful job organizing our office so that everyone can easily find what they're looking for!

Tucker T.

Tucker is a Project Manager and Estimator at SERVPRO of Shakopee/Savage/Prior Lake. Tucker's strong drive and attention to detail makes him a valued team member. He has completed rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training that teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques.

Our Crew Chief Jose B. started with SERVPRO 3 years ago. With certification in Water Damage Restoration, he has used his experience to proudly serve those in needs.

He's a part of the SERVPRO STORM Team and is skilled in water damage, sewer, fire and smoke, to name a few.

Eric K.

Eric, a 2016 NCAA Men's Hockey National Champion, has brought his talents to SERVPRO as a Certified Water Mitigation Technician.

Mr. Kupka is a Water Damage Restoration Technician certified by the IICRC and has experience in water, sewer, mold, fire & smoke, and odor removal.

Felipe G.

As a Crew Chief, Felipe uses his water, sewer, mold, and carpet cleaning experience to guide our technicians. He has certification through the IICRC and has be known for his kind demeanor.

Kristie S.

With nearly 15 years of restoration experience, Kristie has been a valuable asset for SERVPRO. She is certified in Fire and Smoke Damage restoration by the IICRC and has a vast amount of hands-on experience that helps her perform her job efficiently as a Fire Technician.

Jordan Hoglund

Jordan is our production technician and helps out our crew chiefs on all our cleanup and restoration jobs. Whether it is high noon on Wednesday or midnight on a weekend, he is always ready when he gets the call, and there is a customer that needs our help!
