Water Damage in Prior Lake

Our crews were dispatched to this home in Prior Lake after a sink on the first floor leaked and caused damaged to the lower level bedroom.  

The walls, carpeting and pad of the bedroom were affected and there was some crumbling dry wall from the damage. 

Our team arrived inside of an hour to begin emergency clean up services.  They extracted the water and immediately began removing damaged materials.  This including cutting out drywall and the wet insulation and removing the carpet and pad. 

Once that was done our crews set up the drying system which dried out the framing and sub floor in two days.  The homeowners had the repairs done the following week to get everything back to normal.
