Water Damage Cleanup

The clear water from the failed plumbing drenched the carpet in the hallway of this Coon Rapids home. SERVPRO arrives quickly to assess the water damage, make sure the source had been fixed and then removed the soaked carpeting at the request of the homeowner. She was ready for something new, so we carefully lifted it from the tack strips without marking the walls and discarded the flooring material. During the drying process, one of our SERVPRO techs is just an orange blur--moving so fast to protect our customer's property! Heated air movers along with a not pictured LGR dehumidifier are extracting the remaining moisture from the concrete pad, and carpet strips and the LGR is condensing the water vapor to reduce the interior moisture level.
