Water Damage Condominium

Water damage occurred at this Coon Rapids condominium when a water supply line in the kitchen burst while the residents were away. They returned home to find a lot of water standing on the carpeted floor in the room adjoining the kitchen along with the water in the kitchen. SERVPRO of Shakopee/Savage/Prior Lake was called in to clean up the water. Upon receiving a call of this nature, we would immediately dispatch a water restoration crew equipped with the necessary tools to remediate the damage. The crew would suction up the standing water after moving the furniture to unaffected areas. After water extraction, the technicians would set up commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying phase of the project.
