Prior Lake Apartment Water Damage

This apartment unit in Prior Lake suffered water damage when a pipe in the wall broke and flooded several rooms. 

The property manager called us to come out and handle the clean up for the tenant.  Our certified and trained technicians worked with the tenant to move their contents out of the room and then they got to work cleaning up the damage.  

They extracted the water from the carpet and pad and then removed the affected and damaged dry wall from the wall.  They then cleaned everything up and set up the drying system to dry out the carpet and framing.
