Mold Infestation
This mold infestation showed itself after a leak in the roof wetted the attic area insulation and drywall material with sufficient moisture to set the dormant mold spores into growth. The damage was worse that initially illustrated by this first photo. The ceiling area, apron, and wall were heavily laden with mold matches from within necessitating the demolition and safe discarding of these building materials. The carpet was rolled back and salvaged during the remediation process. Our applied microbial remediation technicians sealed this room from the rest of the building to restrict the circulation of mold spores. Once opened up, we applied microbial agents and deodorizers to complete this phase of the service.
